METODOLOGIAS ÁGEIS: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DE SUAS CARACTERÍSTICAS, FINALIDADE E ASPECTOS ORGANIZACIONAIS

Resumo


Este estudo tem como objetivo sintetizar o conhecimento disponível sobre metodologias ágeis, descrevendo suas principais características, finalidades e fatores organizacionais que influenciam sua adoção em projetos corporativos. Para tanto, realizou-se uma revisão sistemática da literatura na base Scopus, contemplando estudos publicados de 2006 a 2025 e empregando análise de conteúdo para categorização dos achados. Foram mapeadas quatorze metodologias ágeis, evidenciando-se influência de fatores organizacionais na escolha metodológica e a presença de práticas híbridas. Os resultados revelam lacunas e tendências no uso de metodologias ágeis em diferentes setores, destacando o papel da adaptação e da customização das abordagens. Conclui-se que a síntese obtida apoia decisões gerenciais mais informadas, reduz assimetrias de informação e orienta gestores quanto à adequação metodológica, incentivando práticas responsáveis de inovação e governança.
