FATORES FACILITADORES E RESTRITIVOS DA APRENDIZAGEM INFORMAL NA VISÃO DOS DIRETORES EXECUTIVOS DE STARTUPS DE VAREJO EM FLORIANÓPOLIS/SC

Resumo


Este artigo analisa os fatores facilitadores e/ou restritivos da aprendizagem informal (AI), sob a visão de diretores executivos de dez startups de varejo em Florianópolis, Santa Catarina. O estudo é descritivo, qualitativo e utiliza o método de casos múltiplos com entrevistas semiestruturadas. Os resultados indicam que os fatores identificados podem atuar simultaneamente como facilitadores e/ou restritivos, dada a complexidade e subjetividade das percepções no ambiente de trabalho. A AI é essencial para o desenvolvimento individual e organizacional, desde que as startups promovam um ambiente propício à colaboração e a inovação. Recomenda-se fomentar uma cultura de aprendizagem contínua e adaptável aos desafios do varejo, criar um ambiente de trabalho positivo, melhorar a comunicação interna, desenvolver lideranças apoiadoras, reduzir a rotatividade de pessoal e equilibrar a pressão por resultados para fortalecer a AI.
