LIDERANÇA COMO INTEGRAL DE DIFERENÇAS: UM ENSAIO TEÓRICO SOBRE AS CONTRIBUIÇÕES DE GABRIEL TARDE PARA OS ESTUDOS BASEADOS NA PRÁTICA DE LIDERANÇA
Resumo
Apesar do aumento de estudos sobre as práticas de liderança e das convergências conceituais entre o pensamento sociológico de Gabriel Tarde e a abordagem da Liderança como Prática (LCP), poucos estudos consideram o agenciamento social do fenômeno, o que contribui para o desconhecimento das condições pelas quais a liderança é produzida e mantida no nível grupal de organização das sociedades modernas, influenciando os processos grupais e coletivos de socialização relacionada ao fenômeno nas organizações. Considerando que a falta de clareza nessas elaborações conceituais é problemática, este ensaio teórico busca responder à pergunta: “Quais são as possíveis convergências conceituais entre os estudos de LCP e o pensamento sociológico de Gabriel Tarde, em Monadologia e sociologia?”. O ensaio apresenta três fundamentações filosóficas para as práticas de liderança, três formas de agenciamento do fenômeno e uma síntese teórica que articula e esclarece como o pensamento tardeano pode contribuir para a abordagem da LCP, considerando a liderança como uma integral de diferenças.
